Ogni tanto un po di stretching ci vuole, specialmente per me che sono un legno😅

Ho iniziato con la mobilità della colonna facendo questi due esercizi:
Ogni movimento l'ho tenuto per 30" inspirando ed espirando lentamente

Successivamente ho allungato la catena posteriore dei femorali, nella quale sono piu carente e molto rigida.

Ogni movimento in questo caso, l'ho tenuto in tensione per 30" e poi 10" di rest tutto ripetuto per 3 volte

Dopo lo stretching mi sono messa a fare i biscotti proteici
Eccoli qua⬇️

180g di farina D'Avena gusto oreo di tsunaminutrition
40g burro d'arachidi
Latte qb
80g proteine in polvere gusto cioccolato
Dolcificante gusto cookies di tsunaminutrition

In forno a 180° per 18'

After stretching I started making protein biscuits

Si poi si hanno molti benefici a livello di aumento muscolare, mobilità per gli esercizi e anche ritorno venoso ( io dovrei essere piu costante proprio per quest'ultimo)
