Wedding dress

The one you see in the picture is my girlfriend, I blacked her face because she doesn't like to post her pictures on internet, what she's wearing is my mother's wedding dress wore almost 50 years ago for her wedding.

On July 8th we'll get married in the village where we live, it will be a party for a few intimates, the real one with friends and relatives will be in May next year, considering the current situation we think it's the best choice.

We've already planned everything for September, including the early honeymoon for work, but the damn virus blew it all up.

No problem, the important thing is to get married after 15 years of living together, as a consolidation of our love.

She won't be wearing this dress because, although it's been well kept, it's gotten a little yellow with age, although she would have loved to wear it. It would have been a very nice choice towards my mother, but unfortunately she will have to find another one, by the way, I am convinced that it won't be that much trouble for her to make such a choice.

Quella che vedete nella foto è la mia ragazza, le oscurato la faccia perché non ama pubblicare le proprie foto su internet, quello che ha addosso è l'abito da sposa che ha indossato mia madre quasi 50 anni fa per il suo matrimonio.

L'8 luglio ci sposeremo nel comune del paese dove viviamo, sarà una festa per pochi intimi, quella vera e propria con amici e parenti la faremo a maggio dell'anno prossimo, considerando la situazione attuale pensiamo sia la scelta migliore.

Avevamo già progettato tutto per settembre, compreso il viaggio di nozze anticipato per questioni lavorative, ma il maledetto virus ha fatto saltare tutto.

Pazienza, l'importante è sposarsi dopo 15 anni di convivenza, come consolidamento del nostro amore.

Non indosserà questo vestito perché, nonostante sia stato tenuto benissimo, con l'età si è un po' ingiallito, anche se le avrebbe fatto molto piacere indossarlo. Sarebbe stata una scelta molto carina nei confronti di mia mamma, ma purtroppo dovrà trovarne un altro, a proposito sono convinto che non sarà questo gran fastidio per lei fare una scelta del genere.
