My Actifit Report Card: July 13 2021

Some folks are still running through the last of their firework stash tonight!

A good day all in all. I spent a lot of time on the phone today... something I prefer not to have to do. I am in the process of refinancing and all that entails. Ick. But other than that it was a good day. We trimmed back some dogwood and elder that was encroaching on our path again... the stuff grows fast with all the rain and heat this summer! I live staked all the cuttings elsewhere in the field. It's a little late in the year for that but I'll see how they do. I also found some big deer prints along the river on our walk. A good sign that they like what our small parcel of Vermont has to offer!
