Für mich wieder das größte alarmsignal mich mehr zu bewegen und weniger zu essen, deshalb, egal wie das Wetter ist, ich werde mich jeden Tag bewegen.

Ohmann, wäre ich froh, unter 100 Kg zu sein. Ich muss mich auch wieder aufraffen und ein paar Fahrradtouren machen, um mal ein paar Kilo zu verlieren.

Ich gehe nur "spazieren" und selbst dabei brauche ich diese Tourenapp, weil ich dann eigentlich auf Motivsuche bin und dabei die km vergesse. So schaffe ich es, mich jeden Tag vom Rechner zu reißen.

Ja, diese Zusatzmotivaton brauch ich auch. Im Prinzip bin ich durch Hive wieder etwas mehr aufs Rad gekommen. Die Motivsuche macht mir auch ziemlich viel Spaß, vor allem bei mir im Garten. Man entdeckt auf einmal Sachen, die vorher nie aufgefallen sind.
