Damm. Тhis must have hurt a lot. So far I have had 6 serious falls, but I got away with only abrasions and stretched tendons, without anything broken bones.

The older you get the less you bounce. Would have been a lot worse if I'd not been wearing a helmet. To be honest, the 4 broken ribs hurt a lot more at the time.

You are totally right I'm 45 but still, love cycling and helmets are very important.
