Thank you. We're not allowed to go out. we may only go shopping twice a week. I sneak a walk in the streets in our neighborhood.

Thank you. I'll be careful. We've just had 8 weeks of NO exercise. It's crazy. I try at home but sometimes one needs to just get out. Take care
