어제도 무리없이, 무난하게 1만보 넘게 걸었다. 나이가 들면 무릎이나 발목이 아파서 오래 걷지 못한다는 사람들이 있다. 다행히 내 무릎과 발목은 이상 없다. 매일 1시간 넘게 걸을 수 있다. 이렇게 꾸준히 움직여야 나중에 추가로 다른 걸 해도 관절에 무리가 가지 않는다. 앞으로도 꾸준히 걷고 걷자.
