오늘은 컨디션이 좋진 않았다. 퇴근 직후 회사 근처 안마기에 가서 30분 휴식을 취하기로 했다. 잠시 눈 붙이고 나니 이전보다 몸이 개운해짐을 느꼈다. 이와 같이 몸 상태가 평소보다 더 피곤하다고 느끼면 응급 조치를 취하는 게 좋다.
피곤할 때는 운동을 하지 말고 쉬는 게 나을까? 약간 피곤할 때는 운동을 해도 되겠지만, 많이 피곤할 때에는 가능한 쉬는 게 좋을 거라 생각한다. 오늘이 바로 그런 날이었다.
