One hour on the treadmill, sweat & satisfaction. ENG/PL / My Actifit Report: #27 Jan/27/26

Today was one of those days: everything done… and still a workout!

Morning routine: taking Wiko to kindergarten, quick stop at the veggie shop, lunch prep, giving meds to the kids, a short moment to breathe and back on the road again, this time to pick Wiko up. Steps were counting themselves, no need to argue with them.

And then she appeared. THE TREADMILL.
⏱️ 1 full hour.
One. Whole. Long. Hour.

First 10 minutes:
👉 “Oh, nice, easy, comfy!”

After 30 minutes:
👉 “Who even invented running?!”

After 45:
👉 “How is there still 15 minutes left?!”

At the end:
👉 “Done! Where’s my medal and dinner?!”

Add some strength training and the set is complete.

Sweat everywhere, lungs working like a leaf blower, but satisfaction level: HARD

The best part?

I’m starting to see the first results both in the mirror and in how I feel. A little more and I’ll be back in shape, where bending down to pick up socks won’t count as functional training.

Small steps, consistency, zero pressure.
Because fitness doesn’t build itself but it also doesn’t have to hurt mentally.

Godzina na bieżni, pot i satysfakcja

Dziś dzień z gatunku: ogarnięte wszystko… i jeszcze trening!

Rano standard: Wiko do przedszkola, szybki rajd po warzywniaku, ogarnięcie obiadu, leki dla dzieci, chwila na złapanie oddechu i… znowu w drogę tym razem po Wiko. Kroki same się nabijały, nawet nie musiałem się z nimi kłócić.

A potem weszła ona. BIEŻNIA.
⏱️ 1 godzina.
Jedna. Cała. Długa. Godzina.

Pierwsze 10 minut:
👉 „Ale fajnie, lekko, przyjemnie!”

Po 30 minutach:
👉 „Kto wymyślił bieganie?!”

Po 45:
👉 „Jak to jeszcze 15 minut?!”

A na końcu:
👉 „Jest! Zrobione! Dawaj medal i kolację!”

Do tego trening oporowy i mamy komplet.
Pot lał się strumieniami, płuca pracowały jak dmuchawa do liści, ale satysfakcja level hard.

Najlepsze?

Zaczynam widzieć pierwsze efekty i w lustrze, i w samopoczuciu. Jeszcze trochę i wrócę do formy, w której schylanie się po skarpetki nie będzie traktowane jak trening funkcjonalny.

Małe kroki, regularność i zero spiny.
Bo forma nie robi się sama ale też nie musi boleć psychicznie.
