Blackie got scared & Actifit July 5 2025

Little blackie looks like he got "frozen in time". :)) He got close to another local cat and then suddenly froze, he didn't move at all for at least 4 minutes (I had to cut out more than half from the video that I recorded because actually nothing was happening). So he's not afraid of Max or even other dogs, but got scared by another cat that didn't react or even behave aggressively in some way...

ah ye... cat business :}

it happens the same in my backyard...
a lot of kitties pass through since my childhood...
and my neighbors always breed them...
for example: we have 10-th generation grand kid of some street cat that was around me for a while :)

so most often they do the fight and of course the time freeze trick :))) when they try to hypnotize each other before the dominance affirmation :)

and sometimes they really get out of my way :)
i do not abuse them of course! :D

It was Ecency's fault, they messed up the editing part, I only wanted to edit the post to add an image as my thumbnail, after I did that the video wasn't showing up, then the actifit part... about the cats, 10-th generation grand kid... that's some record man. :)))

Wow! Blackie definitely did NOT like that kitty! Just look at his hackles and poofed out tail! Also, the expression on his face says it all. He was not happy about the other kitty! Not even Max could seem to pull him out of that stance!

Interesting, but kitties are territorial; occassionally our boys can have a stand off; one has to prove who the alpha kitty is.

It was odd, he did meet other cats in the area and didn't react this way, maybe he "smelled" something. :))
