Oh, I sure realize how long it takes!!!! I broke my distal fibula running almost two years ago, but, it took me almost a whole year to be 100% The bone is so small but long and the healing is slow and getting back to the running takes and easy does it kind of attitude.

Glad you realize you need to leave more time in between. I frequently don't and so sloppy mistakes were made on my part.

I love it when I see new spikes!!! I'm patient and am always rewarded with a piece of beauty!
