My Actifit Report Card: February 23 2020

Sunday's activities.

I started today at the gym for a decent workout. I started with the elliptical for 30 minutes. Next in line was weights. Afterwards I walked a mile in 15 minutes before heading out.

After working out I spent a couple of hours out shopping. Mainly just window shopping and pricing a couple of printers.

I then headed home to finish laundry and do a few chores before dinner.

Elliptical.

Treadmill.
