I’ve been slacking with the updates. Been a while since my last one, i haven’t been doing so great with keeping myself consistent recently, past few weeks have been difficult but hopefully we’re getting back on track now

i had a nice 5k run today and decently high steps, it’s still early in the UK currently and i’ll be going out again shortly but i figured i’ll throw this post up before i forgot. hopefully 20k by the end of the day though
