My Actifit Report Card: A chilly morning walk
I left home late because of the weather condition. It rained overnight so I had to wait for the rain to end before going for a walk.
It was a chilly morning so I decided to keep the walk short but still tangible for healthy reason.
I took a different route today and you can see the Federal High Court
I passed through a green area which serves as a sink for all air pollutants in the state capital
I finally finished and checked my Samsung Health app for more information on my walk.
I hope tomorrow weather will be better so I can walk farther
