Yesterday I did my best to burn as much energy as possible, in order to lose weight for my March Mass Math challenge. This involved around 2 hours of cycling, 2 hours of washing dishes, 2 hours of walking around and 1 hour of lifting weights.

That's a lot of activity! Nice place to ride your bike. Weightlifting is good to build muscle which is supposed to burn calories even when you're not moving much, so I hear. Congrats on a nice activity number!
