Actifit report for Thursday
I miscalculated, I could have reached 10k steps if I hadn't tried to finish some work after dinner. This is relevant for the challenge I set myself to have as many 10k+ days as possible in April.
I took a closer look at Hoograven, the neighborhood next to mine. Wikipedia tells me the polder Raven might have been called after the Italian city of Ravenna - not after the bird.
The flats from the 1950s aren't so pretty. This block has symbolic gates at each entrance - don't ask me why. I'd expect these to support ivy, but there isn't anything growing on them.
I like this style better. The slanted balconies have iron railings which are slanted too.
