Actifit report for Tuesday
Yesterday I went for a walk in the evening, but I was mostly busy freaking out - among other things, I managed to swallow the temporary filling of a tooth that was to be extracted next Monday. I didn't notice that until I felt a gap in the tooth. I had a bit of a stomach ache and didn't sleep well, but otherwise it seems to be harmless.
Last night was also the last 10pm curfew and the end of other restrictions in the Netherlands. Vaccinations are still slow, intensive care wards in hospitals are still full, but we decided to go YOLO anyway.

I hope swallowed filling with not cause any more harm. You could eat some banana 🍌 , that might help passing it out.
COVID is even worse now and nobody knows when this will be over.
Vaccination is slow in all the countries. I guess the manufacturing is not able to cope up with the demand.
Hope this will be over this year only.
