My Actifit Report Card: July 19 2020

What’s up my fellow actifitters? I can’t hide my excitement to share to you my actifit report today.

As I have said previously, Sunday is the most busiest day of the week for me. We had a meeting 8 AM via zoom and watched a recorded video of the continuation of our Regional Convention. It ended at lunch time.

At 4 PM, I went cycling to the beach with my husband. It’s actually my first time to ride a bike on the road, a new activity and experience. It’s my longest distance, around 8-9 kilometers. We went home at 6 PM. It was exhausting yet fulfilling. Looking forward for more ride.
