My Actifit Report Card: July 26 2020

I originally planned to go cycling again today with @atongis, in the afternoon after our virtual meeting. But then, I remember that there’s a sudden surge of new Covid19 cases in our town. It’s scary to go outside. Even we, ourselves, take this disease seriously, there are some people who still don’t observe the guidelines properly.

So, I just stayed at home instead and wander inside the house. I also went to our balcony to performed deep breathing exercise and walked around.
