Happy Thursday everyone!
I woke up late today because I had trouble sleeping last night. Again, my first activity today was doing the laundry but less than 10 pieces only. Afterwards, I refrained myself from strenuous activities.
At 3PM, I cooked something for snack. I enjoyed eating, a little too much. So, an hour after, I walked around, did some stretching and basic exercises. Then, this early evening, I cooked meal for supper.
