Happy Wednesday everyone!

My husband was in the house this morning. I helped him prepare for work so I woke up early. Then I did the laundry again because the basket fills up quickly this summer season. After washing, I used the last rinse in mopping our floor. In the middle of doing the chore, I suddenly felt nauseous. I think that my GERD is triggered because I'm feeling discomfort since last night. Good thing, my nephew took the initiative to finish the work. I went to my room and have some sleep.

Then when I woke up, I walked around to gain more count.
