My Actifit Report Card: November 28 2022

Hello everyone! Here's my report for yesterday.

I woke up and prepared early for my appointment, in the hospital where I used to work. My husband accompanied me. I went fasting for my ultrasound and blood workups. I was hoping that the tests could determine the cause of my stomach pain or bloating. Thankfully, the results are normal except for the blood cholesterol and uric acid. After that, we went to the mall nearby and had my first meal. I'm glad that I didn't feel any symptoms of hypoglycemia, unlike before. We walked around for a few minutes before heading home.

My husband continued working in our hometown. He rendered service to one of their clients. When he got home, I helped him in installing the solar lights then we went out for a walk, at the boulevard.
