Back to the grind! I tried beating the rush, but heavy Monday traffic had other ideas, making me late despite my early start. Once at the school clinic, it was a steady flow of students seeking help. Many complained of feeling under the weather—likely due to the shifting temperatures lately.

Work kept me on my feet all day. After clocking out, I headed straight home to dive into some important reading. It wasn't the workout I planned, but staying active at the clinic kept my step count moving. Onward to Tuesday!
