Crustless Quiche is Yum and Healthy!

Hello ActiPeeps!

I took a break on Saturday! Was still raining outside and my legs are getting used of all the bike activity lol plus have some online work to do!

But I tried to eat well and keep my fasting! Speaking of eating, I made a crustless quiche!

I bought extra leeks by mistake and a good way to use them is on quiche with some imitation seafood! yum!

It is strange eating it without the pastry around, but it turns out to be healthier like this!

Just follow any quiche recipe and take out the crust part! Just use baking paper for easy and clean removal!

Sundays we normally spend at my inlaws in their house up in the mountains. But because it was so cold we stayed and their apartment. Some space enough to play with David and stairs to get my Actisteps in!

We both overslept and forgot completely to eat breakfast. So my calorie intake was a bit less with just one meal today. I'm hungry but been behaving and keep my fasting! A day like this won't hurt especially with all the fat that my body can grab for energy LOL

David will go back to kindergarten so hopefully, my Actisteps will be better next week!
