Stepping up my game in walking (pun intended) š
Hello ActiPeeps!
Since I'm slacking doing exercise at home, I need to increase my steps!
And went beyond the avenue! The arbor where the big cruise ships use to stay it's normally open for everyone. Since the road is flat and straight it's very used to cycling and running, and a lot of people walking too!
Thought my phone would save the map where I walked so you could check but I'll try again tomorrow (Friday). But managed to get nice pics :)
The walking got me tired and a bit sore, which is a sign that I need more steps than I was doing before so my goal will be reaching 20k every day except weekends. Though I'll try to go out on Saturday to get at least the Actiminimum steps and rest on Sunday.
Yesterday was the whole-day fasting and even with all the steps, I felt really good! Had to take a nap in the morning anyway but I was feeling good and productive in the afternoon!
