My pain in my back knee is getting low by the day so was a good call to slow down and make the walk short. Hopefully next week I'll be back full force to my 7/8km!
The accumulation of doing four-hour sleep nights made me fall asleep on the couch all morning and at lunchtime, which made me lose almost all day and it's frustrating! But when tiredness conquers you follow and try to compensate with the rest of the time you have left. Been trying to go to bed a bit earlier but I end up doing something and when I check the time it's already 3 am lol
Need to change this routine or I might lose more of the few remaining gears in my brain 🤣
