Yesterday was a running day! I'm maintaining the same run sequence from the app that I'm using until I can do it without breaks on the runs.
I actually got a screenshot of the sequence to show to a friend, which I can share with you so you can understand how I'm doing it. Don't mind the week/day thing, I'm not following it lol
The idea is to increase the run times, the green blocks, and decrease the breaks in between, the yellow blocks. When I started I recall having about 6 green blocks, now I have 4. For now the training time has been up to 30minutes but probably it will increase with time as well. At the end of the training it will be a whole green block, still have a long way...let's go!
The first two were ok to complete but the last two...ugh...is still a struggle.
No pain no gain they say!
