I headed out to work this morning and into a very busy day! The doc was booked and when the day was done, he was done, as was I! We got it all done so that was a plus. 😎 Whew!!
The day had gradually gotten greyer by the hour and when I left, it seemed almost like early evening. You could feel the moisture in the air and I figured it would open up an pour any minute. I got home and proceeded to make an iced mocha and just sit for a little bit. I had walked over 7300 steps just at work in a 600-ish square footed area!😳 As we were enjoying the coffee, you could hear the pinging of the rain drops on the skylight. I wasn’t all that disappointed as quite frankly, I was TIRED! I figured between fixing dinner and pacing I could easily get the 1988 steps I needed to hit 10,000.
Actifit-Lamb was not happy we didn’t go, but I told her I’d share another of her photos with her lamby toy. She was happy with that. This was from yesterday’s excursion.
So, on the way home from work, I stopped by the post office and got a package from Amazon. Last week, I ordered 2 shredded memory foam pillows. They were very unique in how the came, but upon going to bed that night, neither me nor @silvertop had ever slept so good! We have experienced this same type sleep every night since! Usually when I find something I like, if I want to reorder, the item suddenly isn’t available any longer. So I decided to reorder a second set. They came today.
They come vacuum sealed and rolled up and inside the round cover you see.
They are pretty much flat as a pancake. Then I cut open one, and they ‘inflate’.
Voile! Nice, fluffy pillows! They come with a bamboo cloth zippered cover. They are extremely nice! About $22 for both.
We watched a bit of TV and after we are done with our computers, it will be time for dreamland. I am looking forward to it!
