My Actifit Report Card: November 11 2020

Hey everybody and thanks for stopping by today!

Today is the day in both the US and Canada, that we honor those who have served their country in the military. Both those who have long passed from this earth and those who are still here among us, whether retired or active. Thank you for defending freedom for your country’s citizens. You are appreciated.

This is also a day of realizing just how OLD I am getting!😳 It’s my birthday today. Where has all the time gone I wonder?

I had to work today and it was a very busy and full day. At one point, I wondered whether or not I might just get to order all the glasses and contacts! Craziness for sure! I will say the optical business, at least for our clinic, is booming. We rarely book people in advance because the schedule wasn’t usually full, but that’s exactly what is happening. On Friday, out of a fully booked day, we only have 2 of the patients who are past patients. All the rest are new patients. This is awesome for the doc’s business, but a bit of craziness for me! Job security!😎

When I got home, as I was fixing coffees for us, @silvertop brought out these:

I ended up putting them in the skylight over the bed because our little kitty, Cot, thinks they are his personal kitty toys!🙀 He actually was licking his lips in anticipation of getting his little kitty paws 🐾 on them! They will stay there until the begin to deflate. Then I’ll have to move them out of his range.

That’s gonna be it for now. I await my birthday cheesecake as it is baking as I type! Thank goodness for freezers! 😋😁
