My Actifit Report Card: November 13 2020

Hey guys! Thanks for stopping by today!

TGIF!!!! I had a super busy day at work. I finished with more work awaiting my return on next Wednesday than I have in a long, long time. Between patients, ringing phones and walk in patient needs, I confess that I maxed out my multitasking capabilities. Unfortunately there was no one to take up the slack. I’ll say it again - job security! I really like my job and am blessed to have it!

When I got home, I decided to forgo the hike. I have aches and pains that are tied to the weather sometimes and today was one of those times. I paced inside instead, which also aggravated it. Oh well, it lets me know I’m still here as I can feel it!

A little fox figure that has been a sentinel at the base of the 500 year old cedar tree in the front yard for quite a number of years.

@actifit-lamb is chomping at the hoof to get a hike in! I caught her daydreaming over pictures of her and the gang on some of our recent hikes. She says ‘get out there and get your @actifit hoof steps done!

I’m tired as I’ve still a bit to do, so until tomorrow, keep on steppin’!
