My Actifit Report Card: December 25 2020

Merry Christmas everybody! 🎄🎁 Thanks for stopping by!

Christmas morning found us with nowhere to be, so we slept in a bit. We had opened a couple of presents last night before going to bed, so that was on the agenda first. But before I got out of bed, I texted a boat load of people a’Merry Christmas’ text.

After coffees and presents, which we took real slow to make it last, we eventually headed out for a “loop” hike meaning to the off grid cabin and back. That gets us partway up into the mountains, but not the full hike. You might recognize the view.

Since it was Christmas, we weren’t going to do the whole thing.

Once home, I set out to make dinner and whatnot. Dinner was aMexican type burrito affair, mine minus the flour tortilla. It was quite tasty! Then I baked mini cheesecakes from scratch, again minus the crust. They are cooling as I type.

It has been a nice laid back family day, but just the two of us. We zoomed last t with the boys and their wives. We are hoping next year finds us all together in the same house for Christmas.
