Hey guys and thanks for stopping by!

It was a busy day at work, but the schedule was broken up a bit by one appointment in the morning that was an extended appointment due to it being an eye exam, visual fields test and a retinal imaging portion. Plus he needed a letter of the findings as well. Then, at the end of the day was another visual fields test with another patient. Tomorrow, it is just me, myself and I. ☺️

It seemed seriously cold when I got home from work. I was feeling fragile where the cold was concerned and since @silvertop had already hiked, I opted to work on music for Sunday and then pace out the balance of my steps.

@actifit-lamb from yesterday’s hike. They really enjoyed the fresh air!

Sometimes it’s good to switch up routines! Especially when you feel cold. Sometimes heading outdoors for a hike just doesn’t have an appeal!
