My Actifit Report Card: June 29 2021
It was cooler today!😎 It was still hot but not the mind bending, mood shattering hot we’ve been having! Thank goodness!😅. In celebration of that, I fixed mocha frappes after a hike today. It was still over 90 degrees, but hey, I can deal with that as opposed to the 108+ degree temperatures!
I went to ladies Bible study this morning, and even though not air conditioned, the breeze kept us cool enough and we had to hold on to our Bible pages to keep them from flipping, lol. It was a good study. 😇
I finally found my new office chair for work and since it came to the house, @silvertop put it together for me 🥰. Of course, Cot was there supervising as usual. He is such a helpful kitty!😽
Tomorrow begins my workweek and I know we are booked. The good news is I have no doc on Thursday giving me a chance to get some things accomplished. I do have 2 first timers in the morning so about an hour to an hour and a half will be consumed for that. It’s all good!😎

It's been quite hot here too of late. Hit 96 or so yesterday and possibly near 100 today. Then a big cool down for the holiday weekend.
Looks like a nice walk, a nice drink (YUM) and a nice partner to help put the chair together. Nice Kitty helping silvertop 😁
You know, I keep forgetting this weekend is the 4th! Somehow, time is getting away from me, lol!
The mocha frappe was indeed awesome! Cot (the kitty) is a crazy boy) and the sweetest personality in a kitty. Take care and keep cool!😎👍
