My Actifit Report Card: September 18 2021
Hey everybody! What a stellar day! Especially after a wind storm we didn’t hear or feel and a power outage of over 12 hours. Really, the power outage is more of an inconvenience as we run solar mostly, but the well is not on solar so that throws a wrench into water related things.
We headed to church to get set up for practice. Oh when things go wrong! The PowerPoint would not work so I jumped in the car and headed for home to get my computer to see if I could fix whatever was wrong with the file. The church’s computer would not open it. However, it wasn’t until I turned onto our road that I realized I left the house keys at church!🙀 No worries-we have a set in a lock box on a tree in the forest. I can get in that way! NOT! 😹 I couldn’t find the stupid tree it’s supposed to be on! So I turned and headed back to church with no solution for the moment. 🙄
@actifit-lamb came with as she wanted to be part of the worship team for the day. Here she is on my music stand.
Then, she ran over to Jan to sing with her.
At that point, she wanted a closer look at @silvertop’s guitar.
Finally, she ran all the way back to the sound booth and asked Adam if he’d help her run the sound!
She was a well rounded lamb in the workings of ‘how to’ for a worship practice!
A little later in the day, we headed out for a hike. Everything was fresh from last night’s storm. It was a very pleasant hike. Jam came with and spotted this little ‘shroom growing through a hole in a leaf. Very interesting!
Oh-I almost forgot! The mama deer and her two babies were back eating the ‘candy’ falling from the trees this morning.
Well, I’ve got so many other pics I took today, but will share in another post soon. It was an awesome day (except for the PowerPoint thingy)!

It was @actifit-lamb I saw in the church picture on @silvertop's post. She really gets around. I'm glad she was able to help him play guitar, help in the sound booth, and get a good snuggle from Jan!
Wow, you really did have a lot of stuff go haywire all in one day. The good news is that you probably have disasters out of the way for a while!

Thanks @jayna! Yes, @actifit-lamb does most certainly get around! She's always curious about stuff and wants to be in the middle of it. If she had her way, she'd go to church tomorrow, lol, and sing on the worship team! Back when we were leading worship from home via FB live, she did sit in on a Sunday on top of the keyboard, but we never gave her a mic! Thanks for stopping by! Take care my friend!💜🤗🐑
Did you forget which tree the lockbox is in? Hmmm... better move to somewhere you'll remember for the next time, hehehe 😜
About two years ago, a deer came crossing my path while I was driving! That's about my experience with deers.. except those in the zoo.
I apparently need a refresher as to just where that box is, lol! Oh well!
We have deer a lot; they are finally coming back after the cougar rampage from about 3 years ago. Take care sis!
Haha, that is funny. Those times when you remember you forgot the keys or money. So annoying 🙄
I think you need to find a new tree for where you hide your stuff.

What a day that ended with a nice walk. Twelve hours of a power outage is really long but thank God you have solar, I've always thought of installing solar for those pesky days when power goes off and also to save on the power bill. Luckily our outages mostly last an hour or two especially in the rainy season.

@elizabethbit THat there actifit lamb sure gets around. THe King has found when under stress the brain lacks functioning at 100%. It would seem that you were under quite a good deal of stress.
Mushrooms, in fact nature, has an uncanny way of showing up.
