We have a neighbor who has a dog that when he's out, he barks at night. It's usually at night; we live in cougar territory, which doesn't bode well for the dog. I do worry about him.
At least you got to see the sun rise and accomplish your steps for the day early. That is a bonus! Nice job with your 10153 @actifit steps for the day. Take care and have a good night.

I hope your neighbors dog isn't chained up, so that it can run away. If it's tied up its just bait.
No, he is not chained. I know what you mean. We had a neighbor who had a goat staked and it was bait. It made me mad as they had another goat and didn't learn anything from the first attack; they staked her too. They didn't deserve to have the animals! Thanks for commenting!
