Yes, that is so true. Working on line has caused a drop in steps. Usually, at night I pace the house to get at least 5k. It is kind of weird because now I have to sit in front of the computer to teach. Normally, I would be standing or walking around the classroom.
I should look into getting a standing desk.
That might help or maybe an iPad Pro where you could pace and teach? Take care!
