POEM - My Actifit Report Card: March 12 2020
Kids did cheer,
happy to hear.
No school tomorrow,
no cries of sorrow.
Teachers get a planning day,
in case closures here to stay.
The state will provide guidance to schools today about closing because of the Coronavirus. As a teacher I'm expected to create a work packet for my students if there is an extended closure.

Wow. That's the same scenario here in the Philippines. School's out for at least until April with teachers required to make on-line school learning for the students. This corona virus is really spreading like wildfire and I understand it's going to get a lot worse before it gets better.
We are making the work available online, but some students don't have internet access at home. They are calling students to see if they need the packet mailed.
I will keep you and your family in my prayers during this time of crisis.
Great stepping 🏃 and I can just imagine how happy the students must have felt 😹. These are the sort of incidents I secretly used to wish for back then at their age. Anything to make me relax and unwind at home😜😜.
On a serious note, I hope this virus will lose its hold as summer 🌞 sets in.

Thanks. It is an amazing Friday. I just found out they're closing the school for two weeks as a safety precaution.
That's wonderful, hopefully this strategy slows the spread of infections and relieves the burden on the health system 💯.
