My Actifit Report Card: May 26 2020 - I need calculation for stress 😔 😡

In school we were taught that work can cause exhaustion. That is factual because scientifically, WORK = DISTANCE / TIME. However, little or no consideration was given to exhaustion caused by staying put at a place for hours. And that means no work.

That was my condition today, staying on traffic for hours and getting quite exhausted. Yet, there is no form of calculating such exhaustion as it doesn't fit into the original concept of work.

I would have shared videos and images of the situation, but I decided to delete them and avoid bad energy today because the underlying cause is heartbreaking as it involves the death of two persons from stray bullets from security agents.
