My Actifit Report Card: July 30 2020

Its not as expected day for me in terms of activity as i did not get out of home throughout the day. I was fasting today thats why i decided to do the inside home activities only. Most of the time of the day i spend time on my laptop with preparing some content and arranging some other tasks. I tried to engage with friends here in hive. Nothing special in terms of activeness.

But the afternoon and evening was special thats why i could manage to reach 5k activity count. I feel good when i reach at least 5k and obviously its a symbol that i am at least active for this day. After breaking fasting, i have walked for about an hour to maintain the level of activity in tje evening. It's basically an attempt to minimize the loss of day time. Due to fasting, i was unable to move in the day time, so it finishes well with evening activity. I am happy with that.
