Simple and Quick breakfast recipe for emergency

Food is very integral part of our life. in many families it is very difficult for them to arrange food for next day because of of money problem or lack of cook in the family. The young generation who live bachelor life have face such kind of problem. In students life many of the students are staying in out of home so that's why they don't have cook available for them to prepare the breakfast lunch or dinner for the next day. So it is wonderful for them will be when they will have some simple recipe on their mind. They normally arrange a cook by combining all together so that they can have their food prepared very well. It is not costly at all in Bangladesh to arrange a coke for any specific family. But the most common problem is the emergency. In case of any emergency of the cook the members of the house or Mars has to cook them self or they need to go to the restaurant for their meal.

for this it is the problem for the bachelor life to to be cautious about their meal. But I think it is not preferable to think about food much in student life or in professional life because we don't have enough much time to think about it as we have arranged some cook or family member who is assigned for cooking. So for any kind of sickness of that member of coke we can have their daily food prepared by our self and in that case we need to you know some simple and easy techniques of cooking so that we can at least serve the purpose in emergency. The day starts with breakfast and today I am going to share a very easy and simple recipe of breakfast and it is very common recipe here in Bangladesh as well. Roti and parota is the main breakfast item of many of the Bangladeshi family's except some others who would like to have rice in the morning. it is very simple to prepare roti or Parotta because there is no such recipe for that as it is plain and simple. just have to make the ruti by mixing atta or flour with water and then prepare the Ruti and fry it in a pan.

But the problem is the other item which we normally take with Roti is important to make. The most common item with the Roti is egg vegetables or dal. egg is perfect for couple of days but when it is longer period of time we need to have some variations like go for Dal or vegetables. Today what I am sharing in the photographs you can see is the preparation of vegetables along with Dal for the breakfast. So it is obviously very much required food item that you can prepare in emergency.

for making this vegetable soup like curry you need to First wash the potatoes and dal and then slice the potatoes according to the shape you like to desire. Then put all the things in a pressure cooker. Now it's time to add the ingredients like Chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder garlic onion required salt and other ingredients as your preference. Now you need to cook it for couple of minutes so that the only onion turns into brown light colour. As you are using some soybean oil so the onion will turn to the brown colour then put some water into the pan and ultimately boil or cook for about 10 minutes. Now it's ready to serve as you can see it's a very nice looking item which we can easily take with the Roti or Parotta in the breakfast. Now you can see it is how simple and quick recipe you can have at your home.
