Which makes the society good, punishment or motivation?

To maintain the law and order situation of any country and Society which one is the best policy between two policy like motivating or educating the people and implementing the strict law. There may be several argument on this issue but I am going to discuss about both the factors which is important in case of maintaining the law and order situation of any society and make the society as a peaceful society.

some people are on the side of motivation and education. They think that if the people of the country are being highly ethical and educated in that way then they will not do any kind of bad work for the society in their next future life. This is good thinking but for a country as a whole it is not possible to grow people mentally with the same standard of ethics. education and motivation where is according to the way of teaching learning environment and other various factors of the society. So it can be easily said that motivation is not work fine for many of the cases to develop such a wonderful society in any country.

Some other people is thinking about the enforcement. If the law is strict and people are bound to do and follow the rules then they will obviously follow the Commandment by the authority. in that where law and order situation can be maintained this is the thinking of many group. But this is not always be true in many cases because when you are forcing someone to do something then he is not doing that from the heart. So he will not be happy with that and will have the tendency of being enemy of the law enforcing authority or government.

both of the group have some positive examples from the world. If we just look at any countries like kingdom of Saudi Arabia then we can easily find the number of rape and robbery like crime is in marginal level and very few. This is because of the State law enforcement. When someone is punished with big punishment than other uh is thinking about to do such kind of crime in the society. And you will find such kind of examples in many of the countries where law is controlling the society and making it better for the the Peaceful society.

On the other hand motivation also works nicely and such kind of situation you'll find in the developed relation because the motivation and education based society development procedure will not work fine in the third world countries because they are not all educated and they are not ready to accept those theories as they are still struggling for their food shelter and clothes full stop in nordic countries and some highly developed countries we can see the society standard is so good people are living in the peace as you can see but you don't know how much peaceful they are but still we can say education and motivation was working there. Like you can say Japan is are highly polite and some other countries people as well and they are light not because of the law but for the education and humanity and education level they got from their childhood life.

I just want to conclude about mentioning my opinion in this context and that is I believe if someone is grown up with an education and when the education is proper it will be a mind set for that kid in the future life if he is not influenced by the surroundings. To if you want to educate people with ethical standard and manner that we need to start from the very early of the childhood and we need to keep them aside from influence of the society if society is corrupted. And law enforcement is obviously important because without strict law on the education will not able to to keep the society in a sustainable state for a longer period of time because out of all the people someone for a marginal group of people will deflect from their moral path and they will do in Eagle things and many will suffer for that and I believe for such kind of situation it is another important factor to implement some no so that such kind of happening can be surprised with the strong hand.
