The best time of the day to enjoy is is the time before the sunrise. The environment is calm in this time. What is the best time to enjoy the natural beauty of the morning whether it is city or village. It is not possible for me all the time to get up early in the morning but I always try to get up early in the morning and for this reason it is very much important to go to bed early on. Specially I don't miss early rising when I go to bed early. The proper sleep is must for our good health but in that case we need to go to bed early on so that we can get up early in the morning that's the normal theme.

Today it's a early rising day for me. The day what I pass with early rising is a very good day in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. I cannot understand how beautiful it is to start the day before the sunrise and enjoy the weather of the nature. In the photographs you can see the beauty of the nature and it is summer here in Bangladesh but still in that time the environment is so so good for walking or enjoying the nature.

I normally go to the mosque in the early morning for offering prayer and then before the sunrise I try to spend time outside the home and which is the best time to enjoy in front of nature.

The two most benefit of early rising are are the enjoying the nature and starting the work very early on. It's 5:30 a.m. and if anyone start their work in that time hopefully within 8:30 a.m. he will be able to accomplish a lot of task of the day. In that way you will have a huge amount of competitive advantage compared with the others who is getting out from bed at 8:30 a.m.. always we know the benefits of early rising but still we we are not ready to get up early in the morning. The main reason behind this is we love to enjoy the lazer life. Ledger life is not good for our physical and mental health. Those who can get up early in the morning can be e healthy in terms of physical and mental benefits. To make it habit to get up early in the morning it is required to have a strong determination and go to bed early on. Thank you very much for stopping by.
