Finally I'm back!

Yesterday we went for a walk and I remembered to open the app!!!

That's good news!! Also I've been working out 5 or 6 times a week from home. We're still confined, or at least I am. Many people is out now doing it's life like nothing happened but I don't.

I still haven't went for a run and all my workouts are inside home. I feel strong, I've been exercising other muscles and I think when I finally run again, I'm going to beat my best time. Let's hope that's soon.

The activity from yesterday was a long walk and cleaning my house. It was just enough to get the 10 k
