Ayer saque a pasear a nuestra perrita y encontré estos mensajes por todos lados. Por acá en México sigue la epidemia con toda su fuerza y aunque no es lo más recomendable estar saliendo, a veces uno tiene que hacerlo.

Además de la caminata me hice una clase con una rutina de cardio y abdomen que un instructor en Youtube. Esas clase en video han demostrado ser buenas para esta pandemia y me han resultado de mucha utilidad.
