My Actifit Report Card: March 8 2021
I don’t want to take more pictures with the remnants of snow, so here’s another picture of where I’ll be able to work out again soon. The trail next to the pond leads to a several mile climb up a gradual trail that culminates in a fire tower at the top of a local hill.
In the meantime, I did not quite hit 10,000 steps but I did hit 30 miles for the week. Considering that most of last year I couldn’t run two miles without my calf cramping up, this was major progress.
Given that I went from 0 to 30 miles in a week, I don’t think I’ll shoot to increase this week. Especially since I may take one day where I don’t run. If I run at least six days and hit 26 miles, I’ll be satisfied.
