Tuesday training. The weather was okay, just a wee bit of ice to contend with.
Walked for just over 4 miles.
Just now I am doing a late weight lifting session, which typically a fully body workout, I should finish this before 1am. Then straight off to bed.
Tomorrow may be a jog, but it depends on the weather as I wont go running when its ice, last time I did I fell and badly hurt my back.
