My Actifit Report Card: February 20 2021
Happy Super Saturday! Why is it super? I dunno but I hope that its been a super day for you.
Today's training... well, I went for a 5 mile walk before eating I've resumed intermittent fasting, 16/8 but am going for a walk before I eat. I may keep it as a normal part of life. If you do decide do undertake IF make sure you avoid processed sugar when you eat as it will give you massive cravings.
Nothing much else, I have a lot of cleaning to do tomorrow but will skill weights until Monday. Weather looks good tomorrow so may got for another long walk.
