Thursday training!!! 5 mile walk!!! Sit on arse for several hours then weight lifting for 90 mins, which I just started 10 mins again!
Well, looks like I put on 7lbs this year, gotta get rid of that horrible gut. It's amazing how easy it is to put on weight during the lockdown. I am not eating junk but being indoors all days isn't great for one's own health.
