After so many failed days, yesterday I've managed to reach the minimum of 5k steps, thanks to my stationary bike.

My plan was to do 30min pedaling each day besides my regular activity, to burn some calories, especially now, during the lockdown.

15.28km in 30 minutes, that's the record for yesterday. It's not the best result I've ever had but it's a start.

21.3km this month, which is a shame as I've only used my bike twice. I need to reach 1000km till the end of the month.
