It supposed to be a rest day as I need rest but it wasn't. It was a day full of events and I ended up at a welcome home party.

Here, have a slice of cake. It's a carrot cake with fruits on top. Not exactly suitable for a diet but yesterday was a special day and every special day needs to be celebrated.

My step counter is over 6000 for yesterday, as I went to the farmers market in the morning as planned. Climbed up and down on a bunch of stairs, which is always good. My body is still sore from the gardening on Saturday.

I had the same cake last Saturday. It was my last day of eating sweets before committing to healthier lifestyle. Trying to cut sugar!
